FRC 'Ogawa' Blanks

Fortitude Rod Co’s custom designed ‘Ogawa’ fibreglass fly rod blanks are buttery smooth casting, Uni-Directional S-Glass blanks with a modern, medium-fast, ‘for glass’ action. The Ogawa rod blanks cover all aspects of fishing from tiny brooks to saltwater and carp and pike on the fly. The blanks are all 4-piece with tip-over-butt ferrules, supplied with a rod info decal, cotton sock and guide spacing information.

Available as 6’ 1#, 6’ 2#, 7' 3#, 7’6 3#, 7'6 4#, 8’ 5#, 8’6 6# and 8’ 8# in Dark Olive Green, Natural White, Translucent Grey, Translucent Sky Blue, Translucent Orange, Cobalt Blue and Coffee 

Depending on what reel seat is being fitted you may need to fit a stent to some Ogawa models, generally the Ogawa 7'6 4wt will need an 8mm stent and sizes above will need a 10mm stent. 

You can add a stent at the time of ordering a blank or if you prefer we can cut and install the stent for you, with the cost of installation includes the stent.
