Premium wood inserts are hand made in the UK by Fortitude Rod Co and The Flyrod Workshop from a range of woods and wood burrs as well as a selection from Struble Manufacturing.

Full reel seat length approximately 3.75" 95mm including insert, of which 8mm is recessed into the reel seat hood

As a handmade product individual pieces will vary slightly within acceptable tolerances.  If you are buying an insert only, we suggest that you first check that the screw threads of your reel seat hardware will fit the 13.4mm default rebate.
